Winding your way through Knaresborough, up to Ripley Castle, Fountains Abbey and to the first food stop at Grantley.
Here you can get a brew, biscuits and proper yorkshire flapjack from Lottie Shaws to keep those energy levels tip top for the next section.

From Grantley you wind your way to Summerbridge, Darley and Menwith Hill before descending to Lindley Wood Reservoir and onwards to Harewood.
Finally heading into Meanwood and the Brownlee Centre, ready to race.
There will be a feed stop set up at the Brownlee Centre where you can get tea, filter coffees, tortilla wraps, fruit, crisps and cake before or after you race the track.

After the race section you wind your way across North of Leeds, through Scarcroft, Thorner, Bramham and Tadcaster before your final push back to Wetherby Racecourse.
