The event is to be held at Tadcaster Grammar School, Toulston.
The school are happy for the event to take place on their grounds. We will not be utilising any indoor space and the event will be covid secure with a covid risk assessment.

The school is situated in large grounds away from residential premises. The grounds of the school enable one full 2.5km lap to be created from the start which will be in the bus park. We intend to create 4 challenge events on one day, all of which will be run as separate events.

Run Any Distance 2.5km – 25km

1. 2.5km run / walk
2. 5km run / walk
3. 7.5km run / walk
4. 10km run / walk

The events will start in that order and entrants can enter any number of events. All entries will be online and must be entered prior to the closing date. There will be no entries on the day. The idea of the accumulator to allow a runner to complete all 4 runs in a day thus running 25km in total. This can also be done as a team event of 2 or 4 to get an overall finishing time.

There will be no registration at the event, all runners will be posted a vest number with a timing chip attached. This, along with the entry details will enable us to have a full track and trace database.

There is sufficient car parking for around 400 cars. A lot of running clubs have come back to activities and are running in “bubbles”. We will closely follow the guidelines issued by UKA, British Triathlon and British Cycling.
